A native of Sackville, NB, Dr. Trisha Grant graduated from Mount Allison University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree. She has always had a keen I interest in natural and holistic health and wellness care, so eagerly went on to attend the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, where she earned her Chiropractic degree in 1999. From 1999-2008, Dr. Grant established a busy and successful family Chiropractic practice in Fredericton, NB. During her years in Fredericton, she also started her family and has since thoroughly enjoyed raising her two children in a wellness lifestyle. In 2008, Dr. Grant moved to Ottawa, ON. At that time she decided to work as a Chiropractic Associate, to allow more opportunity for time with her children. In her free time, Dr Grant enjoys keeping active and fit, with a variety of classes at a local gym, walking/hiking, and cross country skiing. She also enjoys quieter activities like reading and craft projects.
Throughout her career, Dr Grant has provided chiropractic care to assist all members of the family achieve optimal health and wellness. Dr Grant uses a variety of treatment methods, including diversified hands-on adjustment, and non-manual techniques including activator and Spine Align technology. Incorporating these adjustment approaches, and also a variety of soft tissue techniques as well as use of the Theralase modality, allows her to adapt the optimal treatment approach to the unique needs of each patient, from infants to seniors and the whole family in between.
